The PET bottle recycling machine plant is to recycle the waste PET bottles and containers or jars and transforms them into clean PET flakes or rPET chips. And the PET flakes can be further processed and reutilized with high commercial value. The clean PET flakes will be used for producing polyester stable fibre, strap, filament, sheet, films etc. And PET chips can be used for producing PET filament, PET films and PET bottles again.

The first step is washing line for the PET bottle recycling machine which are compressed in a big bales.
PET bottle washing line is an excellent solution designed for the waste PET bottles, such as mineral water bottles, cola bottles, pesi bottles etc. The PET washing line including label-removing, crushing, washing, drying and packing; It is the perfect system to process the waste bottles into PET flakes, which can present high quality performance of recycled PET flakes.
And then the clean PET flakes will be used for polyester stable fibre, strap, filament, sheet, films and bottle-bottle grade.
The line main purpose of PET bottle washing line is intend to get the clean flakes from the dirty even mixture bottles or bottles slice during dealing with the whole washing line. And also get clean PP/PE collection, labels and paper chips etc.
