Single Shaft Shredder flexibly process diverse plastic types into recyclable fractions. With customizable rotor designs and specialized cutting tools, they efficiently shred thermoplastics like PE, PP, PVC, PS, PU, and PET, as well as various thermosets and elastomers. These smaller waste plastics can be effectively granulated for reuse.

Intelligent hydraulic control. When shredding breakable materials, the oil cylinder will run at the fastest speed; When shredding difficult materials, the pushing speed will slow down to prevent rotor overloading. Every hydraulic system is equipped with a cooling system to increase the durability and stability in long-time operation.
“V” arrangement rotor with double side edge cutters prevent material build up. The rotating blades are made of CrMoV high alloy wear resistant steel, with different configurations and compositions available. The cutter blades feature a long service life allowing for multiple reuse before needing to be replaced.
The material is sent to the rotor cutter by the plate pusher which is controlled by hydraulic cylinder.With large internal volume for big size and even baled material.
With PLC program electric control system, automatically rotating, stop and realize fully automatic operation of equipment, safe and reliable running of the machine. All the electric components uses Schneider or Siemens to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.

FRAME
Welded structure, the whole frame is placed on the shock-resistant rubber-metal connector, which can resist shock and reduce noise.
