PET crystallizer

1. The infrared crystallization dryer is the latest technology product at present, the crystallization drying is completed at one time, and the crystallization drying time is short;

2. Suitable raw materials for drying: PET, PLA, PC and other new and recycled materials;

3. The principle of crystallization drying: the special performance of imported medium-wave infrared rays is used to directly radiate the raw material layer, and the temperature starts to rise from the inside of the raw material, after the water is quickly heated, it is immediately vaporized, transferred from the inside of the raw material to the outside, and then discharged. In a short period of time to achieve the best effect of crystallization drying required for raw materials.

4. Infrared rotary crystallizer/dryer can replace traditional molecular sieve and honeycomb dehumidification crystallizing drying system. It can be widely used in dehumidifying and crystal drying of PET/PLA/TPU and other materials. It is suitable for thermoforming film, PET sheet production, PET strapping production, etc. It reduce moisture from over 3500 ppm to less than 300 ppm in about an hour, compared to 5-6 hours for conventional systems.

5. Infrared crystallization dryer does not change the viscosity of the material molecules and energy consumption is only 45-50% of the molecular sieve/honeycomb dehumidification crystal drying system.

IRD rays travel to the inside of plastic particles heating them from the inside to out. Moisture inside the particle is rapidly heated and vaporized, forcing it to the outside of the particles. Infrared lamps produce rays that travel directly into the particles of resin without heating the surrounding air. A stream of air removes the vaporized moisture from the process.
