2) This Plastic Crusher Machine is most suitable for on-line recycling of plastic washing line for PET bottles, Plastic rigid HDPE bottle, PP/PE/LDPE film, PP jumbo bags, other PP,HDPE buckets/blue drums, hollow containers, and so on.
3) The Plastic Crusher Machine rotor is a heavy duty paddle type design with knife cover plates to protect the blades when processing abrasive applications. The knife mounting bolts are screwed into the mounting plates as opposed to the rotor.
4) Rotor diameter cover from 500mm to 800m, while rotor length ranges from 800mm to 1600mm.
5) Plastic Crusher Machine has large rotor bearings and a “V” shaped rotor and adopts high-efficiency double-scissor cutting technology, which improves cutting efficiency and reduces dust in the flakes.
6) Anti-wear plates in the crushing cavity and external bearings help to reduce the risk of contaminants entering the crushing chamber.
7) It has a centrally hinged two-piece cutting chamber with a robust welded steel construction, with the upper and lower sections of the housing meeting horizontally.
8) There is a hinged screen cradle and hinged door for easy screen access.

The plastic waste is conveyed into the waste plastic crusher machine through the belt feeding device; The device adopts ABB/Schneider frequency converter for frequency control. The crushing chamber is welded with 40mm ultra-high hardness steel plate, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, low-noise, and has a longer service life.
Heavy-duty vane rotor, welded steel structure, with rotary knives, V-shaped mounting angle, and X-shaped cutting shape. The extension shaft of the rotor can be equipped with a governor wheel. The adjustable rotor tool minimizes the downtime of tool change.
Knife Blades Material: DC53 or D2/SKD11 Higher hardness (62-64 HRc) after heat treatment; With superior wear resistance; Substantially higher fatigue strength and toughness.
