The PET bottle recycling plant takes dirty bottles and transforms them into clean PET flakes. And the flakes can be further processed and reutilized with high commercial value. The production capacity we can make on the PET Bottle washing and recycling line can be 300kg/h to 3000kg/h. The line main purpose is intend to get the clean flakes from the dirty even mixture bottles or bottles slice during dealing with the whole washing line. And also get clean PP/PE collection, labels and paper chips etc.
After that it can get good quality clean PET flakes which will be used for polyester stable fibre, strap, filament, sheet, films, even bottle to bottle process.

De-baler is mainly used to break up compacted waste plastic bottles, so that they can be loosened and better entered into the next process.
We can supply both Vertical de-baler and Horizontal de-baler. If need horizontal de-baler, it shall need add a Chain plate conveyor to feed PET bottle bales.
