Raffia Recycling Pelletizing Machine is a three in one recycling machine designed for low density plastic articles. It could provide the excellent re-pelletizing and recycling solution for film, raffia, filament, woven bag and nonwoven fabric and other consumed / post soft or rigid plastic. Our pellet making machine has a wide application in PE, PP, CPP, BOPP, PS, PPS, EPS, ABS, PA, PLA, PET waste plastic materials recycling field.
This series plastic pelletizing machine have high effectively exhausting, filter, screen changer.
Material is cut, pre-dried, pre-heated, pre-homogenized and compacted in the shredding drum.
Many materials can be processed directly without need of the upstream pre-shredding, resulting in a dramatic reduction in operational costs.
Less power consumption cost per kilogram, high throughput, reduced floor space occupation and operator attendance.

Following requirements are needed in installation of a complete Raffia Recycling Pelletizing Machine Line:
1. What kind of your plastic films? And the moisture? Are the material washed or not?
2. What capacity do you want? (kg/hr )
3. What type of pelletizer do you want? Die head (water ring) pelletizer ? Or water strand(string) pelletizing?
4. What is the electric device you need? Siemens, Omron or domestic? What’s your power standard?
5. When do you want the machine? (Times for delivery)

*Rotator and stationary blades are combined to cut up the materials,
*Crushes, dries and compacts the material in one step,
*Guide structure directs the material into extruder screw.

*With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially suitable to heavy printed film and material with some water content.
