Densifier Machine is mainly used for crushing and compacting waste thermoplastic thin films, soft PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PS, PP, foam PS, PET fibers and other plastic material within 2mm thickness for granulation.
The particles can be used for extrusion or injection mould machine directly. It can also be further pelletizied for some special requirements.
Application areas:
Plastic Densifier Machine is used to agglomerate the plastic scrap such as wet or dry recycling PP,PE, HDEP, BOPP, HDPE plastic film,PP non-woven, scrap mask melt blown cloth, chemical fiber, jumbo bags, bulk bags, plastic bag, big bag, woven bags, PP woven big bags, container bags, big super sacks, tons bag, space bags, food bags, cement bags, raffia bag, bulk bag, waste fishing nets and etc.
1. When the waste plastic is fed into the chamber of this densifier machine, it will be cut into smaller chips due to the crushing function of the rotary and fixed knives.
2. During the crushing process, the material soaks up lots of heat from the frictional movement between knives and the cylinder wall will come to semi-plasticizing state inside the cylinder.
3. The particles will stick due to the function of plasticization. Before particles complete sticking, cold water sprayed beforehand will be evaporated off quickly, and the surface temperature of the particles drop down quickly, then eventually become the particles or granules.
4. The particles are easy to recognize by different size and can also be colored by putting pigment inside the cylinder during the crushing process.

1. Plastic Densifier is used for the fast recycling of waste films, woven bags.
2.The Machine can quickly granulate used thermoplastic film or the thermoplastic products which thickness less than 2mm.
3.It’s applicable to the agglomerating of soft polyvinyl chloride, HD/LD polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and other used thermoplastic products or film.
4.The granules produced by the plastic agglomerator can be supplied to the pelletizing machine for further granulating or just fed to extruder and injection machine.
5.It is for augmentation of the bulk density of the LDPE, HDPE, PP, BOPP, PET film & bags flakes.
